Ingredients:
- 2 slices Franz Milk Bread
- 2 tablespoons mascarpone or ricotta cheese
- 2 tablespoons Ground Up Triple Nut Crunch Nut Butter
- 2 tablespoons Oregon Growers Black Cherry Jam
Preparation:
- Toast or grill the Milk Bread.
- In a small bowl, combine the mascarpone cheese and Black Cherry Jam.
- Spread Triple Nut Crunch Nut Butter on the toasted bread. Top with the mascarpone and cherry mixture.
- Finish the toast with crushed pistachios and toasted coconut if desired.
