Ingredients:
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 ounces Rogue Creamery Smokey Blue Cheese
- Oregon Growers Lemon Pear Fruit Pate
- Fresh thyme, for garnish
- Bread or crackers, for serving
Preparation:
- To a food processor, add the Greek yogurt, olive oil, and blue cheese. Blend until smooth and transfer to a serving bowl.
- Top the blue cheese dip with Oregon Growers Lemon Pear Fruit Pate and garnish with fresh thyme. Serve with bread or crackers.
