Ingredients:
1. For the Dressing:
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 medium lemon, juiced
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
2. For the Salad:
- 3 cups mixed greens
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 1/2 cup blackberries
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- Fresh mint and edible flowers, for garnish
Preparation:
- In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, honey, and salt.
- In a large bowl, add the mixed greens, cooked quinoa, and blackberries. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
- Garnish the top with feta cheese, edible flowers, and mint leaves.
